In physics, the law of conservation of energy states that
the total energy of an isolated system cannot change – it is said to be
conserved over time. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it can only
be transformed from one state to another.
"Energy" being defined as the capacity for doing
work, we can further specify it for humans as the ability to be active; the physical or
mental strength that allows us to do things.
Given that we are not isolated systems, our total amount of
energy does not remain constant over time. Unless we recharge.
Every day we work, we do activities and things that drain
us. We can eat, drink and sleep to recharge. Is it enough? In our own
individual circle of energy, how do we make sure we have recovered the energy
we transformed into work every day? How do we make sure our energy flows
effortlessly?
Here are some ideas that help me recharge and hopefully can
